First Internet Bancorp appoints two directors

FISHERS, Ind .– (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – First Internet Bancorp (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: INBK) announced the appointment of Justin P. Christian and Ann Colussi Dee to its board of directors.

Mr. Christian is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of BCforward, a global IT consulting and workforce management firm that provides services and resources to large corporations as well as government organizations. Currently the sole shareholder, he led the organization from the start-up to $ 600 million in revenue projected for fiscal 2021. The company currently has nearly 5,800 employees. Prior to founding BCforward in 1998, he worked in the life sciences industry at Eli Lilly & Company. Mr. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from DePauw University. Mr. Christian was recognized for his leadership with the EY 2020 National Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2021 TechPoint Trailblazer Award. Mr. Christian was inducted into the Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame in 2017. Mr. Christian has served on the boards of the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Goodwill of Central Indiana, Indiana Gaming Commission and Indianapolis Bond Bank. He is also a past Chairman of the Indianapolis 500 Festival Board of Directors. Mr. Christian currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, the Park Tudor School and the AAA Hoosier Motor Club.

Ms. Dee has worked for Duke Realty, a publicly traded company, for 26 years and during that time has been instrumental in numerous transactions including divestitures of industrial, office and healthcare portfolios. a billion dollars. She is currently Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Duke Realty, overseeing legal affairs and participating on its executive committee. Previously, Ms. Dee worked in the real estate services of large law firms in Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her BA from Hanover College, an MA from Ball State University, and her JD with Distinction from Indiana University. Ms. Dee was named a 2016 Woman of Influence by the Indianapolis Business Journal. Ms. Dee currently serves on the board of directors of the Center for the Performing Arts and has served on the boards of the Indiana Repertory Theater and the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra.
